We deliver orders automatically and instantly after purchase.
 However, in rare cases, it may take up to 8 hours if an issue occurs. All product-related services from webkeys.store are delivered via email. The CD keys or codes purchased on webkeys.store will be sent to your email and will also be available under the Order Details section in your account. There are no shipping charges.

What can I do if I can’t find my delivery in my email inbox?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder – Sometimes emails may end up there by mistake.

  2. Ensure your payment was successful – Orders are only processed after successful payment.

  3. Look out for any communication from us – If we require more information or there’s an issue with your order, we will contact you via email.
